Process Control Systems

Our engineers have experience in a wide range of instrumentation and configuration using Profibus, DeviceNet or 4-20Ma signalling devices. We work with Client specified components or our preferred suppliers such as Endress & Hauser for flowmeters, level sensors, pressure transmitters etc; Novaweigh for loadcells.

Production Information and Control

DES have for many years been implementing SCADA systems for a wide range of clients. We are an approved supplier of Wonderware who offer Factory Suite 2000. In addition our expertise extends to other SCADA systems such as InTouch, FixDMACS, RSView32, ControlView, Factory Link and many others.

We offer complete integration of process plant status, production control and management statistics to a level where data from multiple PLC's can be integrated across an entire network of computers. Using "Factory Suite" type software we can utilise data logging applications such as Microsoft/Industrial SQL Server to provide data logging analysis and monitoring on one or more workstations.

Pre-installation validation of SCADA systems can be carried and proved at our workshops by using simulation codes of the plant operation, this ensures complete peace of mind and avoids delays in commissioning.
